2 x Granadilla (or Pulp) 
100ml White wine vinegar 
50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
250 g Cocktail Tomatoes 
Various garden peppers – red, green & yellow

“My initial claim to fame was my curry mince vetkoek and to this day it’s still one of my most popular dishes at home.  My mother was an excellent cook and one of my fondest memories is of her baking a cake in a flat-bottomed pot over the coals!  I think that’s where I got my love for baking from and if I had my life over I would have trained to be a pastry chef.”

Naries se jaareindfunksie vroeg in Desember was weereens die geleentheid  waar ons terugkyk op die snaakse en ernstige gebeure deur die jaar, en ek skryf n terugblik op almal se onthou-oomblikke wat hulle vooraf kom deel het.

Vanjaar het uitgestaan veral oor die spanwerk toe’ n vuur uitgebreek het,  en hoe almal net alles gelos het en opdragte uitgevoer het,  sodat ons n ramp kon afweer.
